		<description>I&#039;d love to know how you got the case cracked. I have a 19 in X9 with the same problem but can&#039;t figure out how to actually open the case. I removed all 6 screws but it&#039;s got an additional catch somewhere. any help appreciated...</description>

Last time I shut down my machine i had to try the power 30 times before it finally started.  I haven&#039;t turned the thing off in 2 months now, I&#039;m almost positive that next power down will be my last.</description>
