I purchased a flat screen 32" tv about 1 and a half years ago. I went home last night and the thing would not turn on. It is dead. I unplugged it and let it "reset" itself as the user manual states; however, nothing. Again, it is dead. I called Sylvania and because it is outside of one year, they will do nothing. The service repair shop number they gave me will charge $75 just to diagnose the problem. I mean really! The company doesn't seem to stand by its name now does it?
